Control and certification

Quality control, verification, inspection, and certification

The tests are typically carried out on a daily basis. Field welds are tested by spark-testing and by tensile testing. Materials have been tested by independed labaratories/institutes worldwide, for instance at a laboratory in Abu Dhabi, where the sewerage projects committee maintains one of the highest standards of Quality Control in the world today.

2. PE is more resistant to bending and twisting due to stiffness

3. PE is easy to apply in cold weather .

4. PE is more easy to apply because it is lighter and more stable.

5. PE is not subject to wrinkle.

10.PE having 600 - 800 % elongation at brake, ( compared to 200-300% with flex. pvc. )

11.PE having 50% more tear resistance, compared to flex. pvc.

12. PE more resistant to abrasion. In sewage lines/ manholes can float stones, sand, wood etc.
